SHEIKH SHAKHBOUT mEDICAL CITY ABU DHABI
As a BIM Consultant, Ali played an integral role in the delivery of Al Mafraq Hospital (now known as Sheikh Shakhbout Hospital) in Abu Dhabi.
The project, one of the largest healthcare developments in the region, features over 350 beds across a vast 75,000 square meters of space, with a construction budget exceeding 1.3 billion AED.
SHEIKH HAMDAN PRIVATE ISLAND RESORT
As a Concept Architect, Ali contributed to the design of a private resort island for Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed, which included 17 villas, two grand villas, and staff accommodation.
Completed in 2019, Ali’s role focused on supporting the design to meet the high standards required for such a prestigious project.
THE CRESCENT BY ONE AND ONLY
Luxury Redefined on Palm Jumeirah – Ali Spearheaded the design of 20 ultra-luxurious beachfront villas and a 9-story high-end apartment building, achieving key approvals to bring this prestigious vision to life.
By maximizing Potential and Elevating Design – the team Successfully secured concept approvals and height upgrades, optimizing project scope and value while ensuring a seamless transition to construction
RITZ CARLTON HOTEL AND BRANDED RESIDENCES
As Architect and BIM Manager for the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Branded Residences in Riyadh, Ali was deeply involved from pre-concept to detailed design.
He played a pivotal role in BIM planning and implementation, ensuring effective collaboration across all disciplines to maintain high standards of quality, adhere to the project’s budget, and meet tight schedule requirements.
Ali’s expertise in BIM workflows and coordination was instrumental in navigating the complexities of this luxury development, contributing to a seamless design and construction process.
The Diriyah Gate Ritz Carlton project, with its distinctive architectural style and high-end finishes, represents another example of Ali’s capability in managing prestigious, large-scale hospitality projects
BEEAH HEADQUARTERS - OFFICE OF THE FUTURE
As a BIM Consultant for the Bee'ah Headquarters in Sharjah, Ali contributed to the design and BIM documentation of this iconic, environmentally sustainable building, designed by Zaha Hadid.
His role involved ensuring seamless coordination across teams to align with the project's visionary goals.
The headquarters, a symbol of innovation and sustainability, required meticulous attention to detail, particularly in integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable design principles.
